What Eldoraigne's homes ask for
Eldoraigne isn't a gated estate — it's one of Centurion's established, large-stand suburbs, with mature gardens, generous plots and a mix of original family homes and thorough renovations. That mix matters at the measure: older aluminium-frame windows and sliding doors often have a shallower recess than modern glazing, which usually settles the inside-mount versus outside-mount decision before we even talk fabric.
Renovated open-plan extensions, on the other hand, tend to bring in the same wide stacking doors and double-volume glass you'd see on the newer estates nearby — and the same case for vertical or panel blinds, motorisation, and sunscreen fabric to manage the extra glare that comes with the extra glass.
No HOA, still real weather
Without an estate aesthetics committee, homeowners here have more freedom on exterior colour and finish. The Highveld storm season doesn't care about that freedom, though — any folding-arm awning or exterior screen going up on an Eldoraigne patio still gets a wind sensor as standard, for the same reason it does everywhere else we work.
